Beşiktaş, Vincente Del Bosque ve yardımcılarına Uluslararası Spor Tahkim Mahkemesi CAS'ın belirlediği 6.7 Milyon Euro'luk tazminat cezasını ödememek için İsviçre Federal Mahkemesine başvurdu ve dava sonucunu beklemeye başladı. İstanbul'a dönen siyah beyazlı kulübün hukuk kurulu üyeleri davanın en geç 90 gün içinde karara bağlanacağını dile getirdi.

Federal mahkemeye sunulan itiraz dilekçesinde İspanyol teknik adamın Beşiktaş ile yaptığı sözleşmede yer alan eksikliklerin üzerinde durulduğu öğrenildi.

Öte yandan bu güne kadar CAS'ın verdiği karara itiraz etmek için 5 kulübün İsviçre Federal Mahkemesine başvurduğu, ancak bu 5 davada da CAS'ın verdiği kararı onaması siyah beyazlıları düşündüren bir başka konu oldu. İsviçre'de bulunan avukatlar aracılığı ile davayı takip edecek olan Beşiktaş yönetimi, hukuk kurulu üyelerini önümüzdeki ay tekrar İsviçre'ye gönderecek.
