i felt bad for ertugrul saglam this morning, the Besiktas board is very amatuer and childish in the way they deal with problems and issues which arise. they make rushed decisions and their actions ultimately impacy on the team's morale and performance on the pitch.

First and for most the board just has to go....why doesn't the board take responsibility... the CEO of a company is responsible for growth/profits and also accountable if the company goes bankrupt. Piss off Yildirim Demiroren, your a disgrace to Besiktas!!!

That being said I hope the team can move forward but i'm doubtful.. When you switch the coach that quickly it's going to shake up the players and they will take time to recover. I will stay optimistic and there is still hope for us to do well in the league..
TurkishTank they should send Demiroren to my country.. Here, if you fail a company and go bankrupt, taxpayers are forced to pay you to fix it!
